Job Title: Motor Claims Consultant
Report to: Claims Manager
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 – 6 years of experience)
Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and settle motor claims, including Personal Lines, Commercial Claims, and AGRI claims.
- Evaluate and make informed decisions on claims settlements with a mandate exceeding R50,000.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient claim processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in motor claims settlement.
- Experience in a licensed insurer.
- Experience handling claims exceeding R50,000.
- RE 5 certification.
- Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance.
- FETC In Short-Term Insurance NQF 4.
- Matric certificate (Essential)
- Class of Business – Personal Lines.
- Class of Business – Commercial Lines.
